Hi friends,

The war continues on in Ukraine, and it is heavily present in the south and coming closer to the west. Dad has continued with his trips into Ukraine, delivering food and supplies to people in need. The cost of fuel has sky-rocketed in Romania, but it is terribly hard to find in Ukraine these days.

Before heading into Ukraine, Mom and Dad spend a day shopping in Bucharest buying supplies with the donations that have come in from you, their supporters. This past week Dad and Oleg (a friend and translator) travelled into the Odessa region with another successful delivery to the defenders there. They have been so grateful and very appreciative of everything!

The following picture and letter are addressed to Reinhard and Darcey, but it is also a thank you letter to all of you who have been giving financially to make these trips possible.

Dad was able to visit with some of the families who had been at the Rasa Center and who had returned to Ukraine to be with their husbands/fathers. It was good to see them and connect again, as well as bring them some food and support.

The lady in the picture below has a son at the front. She is now raising three grandchildren on her own. She writes, "Thank you for helping us when we need it..."
