We just want to say a huge "thank you!" to those who have spread the word about supporting my parents in Romania. They have been receiving donations from friends and from strangers, and words can not express how grateful they are. I wanted to give a short update, as I know people are eager to hear what has been happening so far. At this time, many people are stuck at the Romanian/Ukrainian border. If you could please pray that people will be able to cross in safety, and very soon, as people have been waiting in line ups for a long time, cold and hungry. As is always the case, individual situations can change moment by moment, but Dad and Mom are busy preparing for multiple scenarios. There are 7 Ukrainians (women and children) who are hoping to arrive at the Rasa Center, but the connection has been lost - please pray that they will either find a safe place to stay, or be able to get back in touch with my parents. Please also pray for the 30-40 children from the Ukrainian orphanage - they have not made it across the border yet, and we are praying that they can cross soon. Tomorrow (Wednesday), Dad is planning on driving 3 hours to the border to see if there are refugees he can pick up and bring over. We will try to send updates periodically, and we count on your prayers. My parents are extremely thankful as they receive support and hear of your encouragement for them.
