Hello friends and supporters, It has been too long since the last update, and a lot has happened since the last one! Reinhard has been taking large trips into Ukraine every two weeks, and though they take much effort, they have been very successful. He has still been able to purchase necessities in Romania and bring them over the border to many people. Over the past few months, Dad has had different people come to help him take these trips, including a team from Norway just recently.
This week they delivered a lot of food, generators, heaters, gas bottles for cooking, sleeping bags, and warm jackets, as well as much clothing for the defenders that end up in the hospitals. The churches in Ukraine that receive the donations are doing an amazing job of distributing them, as well as sharing the gospel to so many people that would have never heard it before.
In Romania back at the Rasa Family Centre, there are still a few Ukrainian families who have settled in and stayed. The ministry to the Romanians in the surrounding villages continues as well, and there are wonderful things happening there.
Darcey has been in Canada for about 8 weeks now, spending wonderful quality time with her parents, and has now arrived in Manitoba to spend time with her three children & their spouses, and eight grandchildren (with one on the way!). We are so very happy to be together again, and we can't wait for Dad to join us in a few weeks as well!
There is still a great need for donations as they continue to help the refugees, the churches, and the defenders who are all so deeply affected by this terrible war. We do ask for you to keep on praying for their safety and for the funds to keep making this ministry continue on.
